I'll never buy another Serta Mattress since they obviously don't care to stand behind their claims that i-Comfort Series is 'revolutionary' and is worth the good money I paid for it. This gel foam mattress was really hard for me. This mattress is very Firm but not Soft on top. This mattress is cooler to the touch than any other we have tried. This is our second Tempur-Pedic. Back problems have been solved! I HAD LAID IT ON A SHEET AND WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE IT EASILY TO THE OTHER ROOM. This is a comfortable bed with a soft feel yet provides firm support. I was very skeptical when I ordered the product, and when the mattress was delivered in a 3 ft box and I pulled out the mattress folded over and shrink wrapped, I became even more anxious. But you'll sleep. My mattress was delivered on a Saturday and Monday I called the store and returned it. I was informed that the mattress I had purchased had major problems that had been reported.I have endured severe pain, pain management including epidural injections over the past months, and then I realized it was the mattress that we had purchased to help promote our good health, and a great night's sleep.
